Can The Total Skull Be Replaced With A Custom Implant?

Q: Dr. Eppley, At birth they pulled my head so hard my skull really stretched out. I camouflage it well with my hair but its still bothers me. Are there any possibilities for Total skull replacement with custom implant? 

A: While you can replace your skull bone with an implant, that will not be of any benefit since you can’t squeeze it down or make it smaller because of the brain which has expanded to fill that space that the skull shape has created.
