Can The Ogee Curve Be Improved Without Adding Width To The Face?

Q: Dr. Eppley, is it possible to improve the ogee curve without adding width to the face?  I mean, from the frontal view.

A: The ogee curve is largely an oblique facial profile view so by definition there has to be a little width added to the anterior cheek area….which will add to the facial width a little bit.
