Can I Get A Deltoid Implant for Muscle Atrophy After An Accident?

Q: Dr. Eppley, Due to a car accident two years ago I have deltoid paralysis in my right shoulder due to axillary nerve impingement. I was wondering if you could help me find my way back to have even looking shoulders.
